Another treat for the CG. The steps are easy and especially so if you use store-bought pastry. I have given up hope of doing my own shortcrust or puff pastry because of the high humidity here. Instead of puff pastry, I used the former and I feel puff pastry will yield a better result in terms of the overall taste. Actually nothing beats making your own pastry. I. Dislike. Store-bought.
