lunchtime workout

HP and I finally started our lunch time workout again. My motivation was the fact that I could not wake up on time for my morning run. Sigh.

Warm up: 400m run
7 x 100m interval
800m easy run

Good start. HP gave me a few tips about interval training. Will this carry on?
Seriously hope to. But then again, work is amounting to great heaps.
